Michael J. Pappa founded Capital Property Investments in July of 1988 as a purchasing company for the purpose of grouping investors and maximizing their buying power for commercial ventures. After becoming licensed as a real estate agent and establishing himself as a multi-million dollar broker he retired from Pequot Properties and in 1994 branched off on his own. In that same year he founded Capital Property Investments, LLC the full service real estate agency it is today. Since its Grand Opening it has enjoyed positive successful year to year growth and the company continues to grow and excel today. He runs his company with his full staff of knowledgeable, personable agents and support. We are very proud of Capital Property's track record, and returning clientele.
