 Please allow me to take a minute of your time to introduce you to The BSmartt Team. Sandi & Bernie Marttila are both graduates of Griswold High School and have lived most of their lives in Southeastern Connecticut.
Sandi worked for the State of Connecticut for 20 years until her retirement in 1999. Since that time she has been traveling with Bernie from Houston, Texas to Centereach, Long Island, New York and back to our home in Griswold. Sandi has enjoyed meeting new people both in her career and while participating in the Bowling Leagues at the Norwich Ten Pin Lanes for over 25 years. She is looking forward to making many new friends while providing assistance and knowledge to those who wish to buy or sell their home.
Bernie is a Viet Nam era Vet who worked at Pfizer, Inc for 12 years and owned and operated his own video store in Groton for 8 years. He has been a self-employed computer software consultant for over 15 years working with businesses both small and large. After 10 years of the Houston, Texas heat, he and Sandi moved to Long Island for a contract job that lasted 4 years. Now that they are back in Griswold, Bernie has decided to venture into the arena of Real Estate Transactions. He is looking forward to helping to make the Real Estate Transaction process as comfortable as possible for all those concerned.
